Lochbend Market is different. I want to give you the room of your dreams all while finding beauty and cohesiveness in what you already OWN. If you purchased it in the first place, there was something you liked about it. Sometimes we all just need a new set of eyes to bring things together you never thought would work so well!
How long is the process?
Every project is different depending on needs. After the initial consultation, your personalized quotes will include dates to plan for the install!
What area do you service?
I am currently serving the Metro Detroit. Chicagoland and Milwaukee are a definite yes with the addition of light travel fees. Let’s talk! Id love to spread my work around for all to enjoy!
What exactly am I getting?
Of course, everyone wants to know what they are paying for!
When you hire me you are getting a personal design experience from start to finish.
Step 1 — The process begins with a 100 dollar consultation (that goes toward the final invoice).
I come to your home, we search for treasures together, take measurements and discuss your visions and budget. I then get to work designing your new space, and provide you with a digital vision board and design quote.
Step 2 — If you decide to move forward, the starting price covers the services below:
Custom designed and coordinated room to meet your needs while fulfilling your dreams! (The design fee is set at 5 dollars a squarefoot, but can be subject to change depending on project details.)
The planning and gathering of applicable products.
A hands-off/sweat free installation service for you! The only work you’ll do is to push the door open for the final reveal!
Step 3 — Additional touches
These additional costs will cover new items purchased for the space.
Everyone’s home is a little different, depending on what you already own. {you may be surprised by what I can come up with!} But some homes will need extra love and require more items to be purchased for the space.
But most importantly YOU SET THE BUDGET.
